Connecticut Natural Food Mart

Connecticut Natural Foodmart is a fresh produce market that has been family owned and operated since 1978.  We specialize in locally grown fruits and vegetables, prepared foods, and fresh baked bread.  We also have a deli that is a great place to have lunch, featuring Boar's Head meats.

In season we get our produce from 18 local farms, always trying to support the small family farms in our area.  We always buy local for our cheeses, milk and eggs.

Even in these hard economic times Connecticut Natural Food Mart believes that Quality food still does matter. That’s why we get up at 2 AM in the morning and buy produce everyday from local markets.  Our produce is fresh; our produce is #1 quality. We do not sell anything that we would not buy for our families.  Our breads and baked goods are brought in fresh daily from local bakeries.  In our deli we carry Boar’s Head quality cold cuts. When we make you lunch, we slice our meats fresh.  We get cheese from a local cheese maker; eggs from local egg farms.
